Can I choose my own billing style i.e. monthly or weekly?

You can switch to this if you have a dedicated account manager. If you reach out to them, they will be happy to set this up for you. However, our current formatted invoice is the only option.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime, simply by clicking on ‘My profile’ in the dashboard section and clicking on ‘Terminate account’’ and then cancel.

How do I change my payment method?

To update this, you simply go onto ‘payment options’, and update your card details by clicking ‘Add new’.

How do I pay for RevGlue services?

I do not have any clicks/conversions. Will I still be paying?

If you do not receive any clicks or conversions for your affiliate links with the publisher tools you will not be paying towards anything.

How do I find out which affiliate network pays the best commission rates?
RevGlue provides a free research service to affiliates when they wish to explore an affiliate campaign details. We provide information on the commission rates that can be earned for a specific product across the different network providers so that you can choose the best rate.

How do I bulk edit the RevSocial Ads?

You will be able to edit all your RevSocial ads under the ‘RevSocial’ tab and simply customising the different fields and checkbox for selecting all the ads and then clicking on edit to apply the changes.

How many products are shown in my RevSocial post?

This will only feature only one product and make sense to have one or a primary product showcased in the context of other products as the main goal of this is to attract customers to buy.

Is it possible to edit my image thumbnail?

You can only choose the image during the upload process and edit this with our editing features. Otherwise you can choose to upload your own. Once the image upload is completed and it has gone live, you can no longer change the post.

On which placements will my RevSocial posts show?

We aim to show your RevSocial posts on every social media channel. Currently, it can be posted easily on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest. It is advised to run the RevSocial posts across all channels to maximise performance and reach. However, you also have the option to manually choose your own channels when setting this up.

What is RevSocial module?
RevSocial allows you to promote an offer, product, coupon or banner that you share on your social panel such as Facebook, Twitter or generate a link to paste in your emails. When your friends and family members view and click on the link or product you have shared, they will be redirected to purchase that product. Can I get a report with all the details of the commissions from RevGlue?

When you select a report named ‘My report’ in the campaign reports tab, that includes information with regards to commissions and other insights – you can see from there.

Can I schedule a report from the dashboard?

At the moment it is not possible to do so. However, we will work to do this in the future.

How can I compare the performance of my campaigns over time?

You can do this easily be selecting a time period by adjusting The date range in the calendar. And also can predetermine date ranges such as 7 days, 14 days and 30 days. Or customize your range by selecting a date range in the calendar.

We are currently working over this so you can check all your historical data to present.

How can I export my daily, weekly, or monthly report?

This will be under the Custom period tab on the right, you have the option to select daily, weekly, monthly and custom date reports available which should help you check your campaign commissions and any additional metrics. You can also choose to export or schedule them.

Is it possible to track my campaigns in Google Analytics?

Yes. You can compare your campaign performance in Google Analytics and see how it evolves over time.

What is the commissions report?

We compare (list the metrics) against the advertisers or brands. By collecting this data, it will help you understand your performance in the space, how well you are gaining commissions and build strategies accordingly. You can also see the status of the payments here too.
